Intuitive Energy Work
The phrase "Intuitive Energy Work" creates the limitless vessel for our journey together. A session may include any one, or all, modalities in which I have training or experience. Modalities may be incorporated intuitively, or you are welcome to specify your modality(ies) of choice. Our foundational toolbox includes Usui, Celtic, and Ascension Reiki and Archangelic Light. We may integrate crystals, meditation, journaling, movement and voice expression, guided imagery, intentional breath, music, and essential oils. Customized nature immersion experiences may also be co-created. Many use our sessions for general well-being, while others prefer to focus on deep shadow and grief work. These practices help activate your own self healing abilities. It is important that you play an active, conscious role in your healing for maximum, sustained effectiveness.

New Client Session 120 mins
New client sessions are 120 minutes total. Prior to beginning the session, I’ll ask you to complete intake forms, we’ll briefly discuss modalities offered, along with your comfort preferences, and I’ll answer any questions. We’ll also review your medical history, discuss any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual concerns, and set intentions for our time together. Active modality time is typically 45-60 minutes. Afterwards, we’ll take time for grounding and optional experience discussion, and you’ll be provided with after-care suggestions.
Existing Client Session 75 mins
Existing client sessions are 75 minutes total. Prior to beginning the session, we will discuss any updates since your last visit and set intentions for our time together. Active modality time is typically 45-60 minutes. Afterwards, we’ll take time for grounding and optional experience discussion.
Extended Sessions 90 mins +
Extended sessions are offered to existing clients to allow for greater customization and utilization of multiple modalities.
Abbreviated Sessions 20 mins, 40 mins, or 60 mins
Abbreviated sessions are offered to existing clients to provide targeted healing and accommodate a variety of time commitments and budgets.
Sessions are offered virtually or in-home (home of the client or caregiver, or care facility). In-person sessions may be arranged.
Virtual sessions are typically provided via Zoom, and will be tailored to your comfort level with regard to visibility and communication. Alternatives include phone calls or texts bracketing the session, or simply a common time set aside for your session without direct communication. It is essential that you are not engaged in other activities during a session.
In-home sessions are performed from the comfort of the client’s chair, sofa or bed. A table may be provided by request. In-home sessions require a free consultation call prior to the first booking.

Reciprocity
New and Existing Client Sessions
Virtual: $125
In-home (up to a 1 hour round trip*): $150
Extended Sessions
Virtual: $140+
In-home (up to a 1 hour round trip*): $165+
Abbreviated Sessions
Virtual Only: $30 per 20 mins
Contact me for locations requiring a total drive time greater than 1 hour*, for customized nature immersion experiences, or if you'd like to schedule an in-person session. Reciprocity will be evaluated individually based on travel time and/or rental fees.
*Total round trip (two-way) travel time is calculated from the map location HERE. For those local to the Hendersonville area, the traffic circle on Howard Gap Road.
If you are currently in a place of financial abundance, and feel called to give more than the stated reciprocity, your additional support is welcomed. This enables us to provide sessions for all, regardless of financial means, and supports community events.
